How Aglo Solutions cut release prep from three days to one afternoon

Aglo Solutions is a B2B mobile development studio that ships iOS apps on behalf of clients. Every release used to start with a multi-day metadata-and-localization sprint. With Marteso, the same work now happens in an afternoon — and the App Store launches with better keyword coverage than the team's clients used to write themselves.

The challenge

Client work, repeating release rituals, no shared workflow

As an agency, Aglo Solutions runs a different engagement for every client — but the App Store release process is roughly the same every time: research keywords for the category, write metadata that fits the App Store character limits, translate it for the client's target markets, and ship.

Without shared tooling, each project repeated the work from scratch. Keyword research lived in spreadsheets that never made it into the next engagement. Localized metadata was drafted in Google Docs and edited by hand. Release prep regularly took two to three days per app, mostly on coordination rather than thinking.

The setup

Marteso as the shared ASO layer across every client engagement

The team standardized on Marteso as the workspace where every client's app lives during release prep. Each client gets their own connected App Store Connect account, but the team works in the same tool across all of them — so research from one engagement informs the next.

  • Keyword research, reused across engagements. Category-level keyword work (fitness, productivity, B2B utilities) carries over from project to project. Each new client benefits from the patterns Aglo learned on the previous one.
  • AI metadata optimizer as a first draft. Instead of starting from a blank Google Doc, every client's first metadata draft comes out of the optimizer with character counts and keyword density already validated. The team edits for brand voice from there.
  • Auto-translate for the localization sprint. A new release that needs nine languages is no longer a two-week translation cycle. Marteso generates the localized metadata set in one click; the team reviews, the client approves, and it ships.
  • Rank tracking handed off to clients. When the engagement ends, the client keeps the Marteso workspace. Rank tracking, review monitoring, and metadata continue without Aglo's involvement — and Aglo retains a clean handoff record.
The result

Release prep from days to one afternoon, with measurably better launches

Twenty-plus client apps later, Aglo Solutions reports release prep dropping from a multi-day sprint to a single afternoon — a roughly 75% reduction in launch-cycle time. The savings come mainly from removing handoff steps: the keyword work, the metadata, and the localization all happen in one place.

On launch metrics, the team measured a +41% lift in average first-month App Store impressions across launches done in Marteso compared to their previous baseline. Clients see the impression lift directly in App Store Connect, which has translated into multi-project follow-on engagements.

In their words

"We used to spend two days per launch on metadata and translation. Now it's an afternoon, the metadata is better, and we hand the client a workspace they can run themselves afterwards. That last part is what made it stick."
