2. What data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account data: name, email address, and password when you register for Marteso.
  • Billing data: payment card details (processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store raw card numbers).
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, search queries entered within the platform, and session duration.
  • App Store data: metadata, keyword rankings, and analytics you connect to Marteso via Apple's APIs.
  • Communications: messages you send to our support team.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies.

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Marteso platform.
  • Process payments and send billing receipts.
  • Send service notifications and product updates (you may opt out at any time).
  • Respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your App Store data to train machine-learning models for third-party benefit.

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for up to 90 days after account deletion, after which it is permanently erased. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by tax law. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely.

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Delete your account and associated data.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing activities.
  • Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format).
