Marteso Docs
Getting started
Set up your Marteso workspace, connect your iOS app, and complete your first ASO workflow.
1. Connect App Store Connect
Marteso manages your app through the App Store Connect API. You need three values from your App Store Connect account.
- P8 private key - download from App Store Connect -> Users and Access -> Integrations -> App Store Connect API.
- Issuer ID - shown on the same page as the API key.
- Vendor ID - your provider ID, found in App Store Connect -> Sales and Trends.
Go to Settings -> Integrations -> App Store Connect in Marteso and enter all three. After connecting, all apps in your account appear in Marteso automatically.
2. Pick your app
After connecting App Store Connect, your apps appear in the Marteso dashboard. Select the app you want to optimize first.
If an app is not showing up, search by name, App Store URL, or bundle identifier.
3. Track keywords
Open your app in Marteso and go to Keywords. Add the keywords you want to track for your primary market. Marteso reports popularity, difficulty, and your current rank.
Use Discover to find new keyword opportunities based on competitor apps and your current metadata.
4. Review AI suggestions
Go to Suggestions. Marteso generates AI-powered suggestions for your title, subtitle, keyword field, and description. Each suggestion shows a confidence score and the reasoning behind it.
Approve suggestions that fit your positioning. Reject what does not. Approved suggestions are queued for your next release.
5. Connect GitHub for screenshots
If you want automated, localized App Store screenshots, connect GitHub in Settings -> Integrations -> GitHub. See Screenshot automation for the full setup.
Good first session
Leave with App Store Connect connected, 20-30 keywords tracked for your primary market, one round of metadata suggestions reviewed, and the screenshot pipeline connected if you have UI tests.
